Karen Silk, Director, and Ben McKeever, Managing Consultant, enjoyed a few days in Warsaw, Poland, last week on a very productive trip. They met with both clients and consultants.
They met with clients where plans were agreed for future collaboration. It is always very beneficial to visit a client and meet in person as it really aids in the understanding of what the client really values from Capital’s service.
The dinner with the consultants was also a great success, with the festivities not ending until 1 am! Karen and Ben enjoyed meeting the Consultants and hearing about the work they are doing for the clients and their commitment to the project.
Regarding the trip, Karen commented that, “It is important for me to go in person to show Capital’s commitment to both the client and the consultants. We all share the same goal – the successful completion of the project.”

Karen is passionate about the recruitment industry, and has over 30 years’ experience in our niche markets; engineering and technology. She is particularly interested in encouraging young people to consider a career in engineering. Outside of work every spare moment it spent with her horses, dogs, and drinking champagne with friends.
Ben McKeever
Managing Consultant – Telecoms
Ben has 14 years’ experience with Telecoms BSS recruitment, working with some of the world’s leading Telecoms operators, software vendors and system integrators. He currently manages the Telecoms team within Capital, supporting Transformation programmes with key resources. He also supports Everton FC, so he spends most of his free time entertaining his 4 sons and trying to forget his poor choice of athletic underachievers.
