Capital is seeking a Product Assurance Manager to define and maintain Product Assurance (PA)
standards, act as the primary quality liaison, and lead PA activities for aerospace projects.
Responsibilities include managing PA teams, coordinating experts, overseeing reviews/audits,
and ensuring compliance. Requires a degree in engineering or physics, experience in PA
(preferably space industry), strong communication and negotiation skills, and willingness to
travel frequently.



Your Tasks:


- Define and maintain Product Assurance (PA) standards in alignment with customer requirements
- Act as the primary point of contact for all quality-related matters with the customer
- Lead and manage the product assurance team within the project
- Coordinate experts supporting PA tasks across the matrix organisation
- Plan and manage quality activities in accordance with project-specific requirements
- Organise and chair key PA milestones, including EQSRs (Equipment Qualification Status
Reviews), MRRs (Manufacturing Readiness Reviews), IRRs
(Integration Readiness Reviews),
TRRs (Test Readiness Reviews), and QRs
(Qualification Reviews)
- Support the planning and execution of major project reviews such as SRRs (System
Requirements Reviews), PDRs (Preliminary Design Reviews), CDRs
(Critical Design Reviews),
MPCBs (Material and Process Control Boards), PCBs
(Production Control Boards), TRBs
(Test Review Boards), ARs (Acceptance
Reviews), and DRBs (Delivery Review Boards)
- Develop the project audit plan and assist auditors during project audits
- Implement and oversee the non-conformance control process, including the organisation and
chairing of project-level Non-conformance Review Boards
(NRBs)



Qualifications


- A degree in engineering, physics, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience, ideally in Product Assurance within the space
industry, or equivalent experience in monitoring domestic and international
suppliers
- Proven ability to make decisions and effectively communicate them to suppliers and customers
- Confidence in engaging with customers and building strong relationships
- Excellent negotiation skills, combined with outstanding communication abilities
- A high degree of flexibility, responsibility, and a proactive work ethic, with the
capability to work independently and in an organised manner
- Fluency in both written and spoken English
- Willingness to travel frequently
