Project Controlling and Contracts Manager

Your tasks

• As a Project Controlling & Contracts Manager, you are the first point of contact for all financial and contractual issues in our national and international projects, from tendering to final processing


• You actively support the project management in ensuring the profitability of the projects while always keeping the company's interests in mind


• You use existing tools to evaluate project planning (e.g. cost-to-completion) and actively control the project results


• Overall, you will be responsible for all commercial matters including calculation and commercial offer preparation as well as contract drafting and negotiation


• You will provide significant support and commercial support for potential contract changes (e.g. in claims).


• You are also welcome to contribute your ideas and experiences to various internal projects

Qualifications

• Completed (technical) university degree in business administration/industrial engineering or a comparable qualification


• Professional experience in commercial project controlling and/or contract management (Commercial Project Management)


• Goal-oriented and independent way of working as well as very good organizational skills


• Commitment, resilience, assertiveness and ability to work in a team


• Confident use of Microsoft Office applications


• ERP user knowledge desirable (SAP R3 or comparable)


• Very good knowledge of spoken and written English
