Your tasks

- Development and implementation of business strategies to promote company growth

- Identification and acquisition of new business opportunities and partnerships

- Conducting market analyses to identify trends and opportunities

- Building and maintaining long-term customer and partner relationships

- Coordination and management of capture plans and capture teams

- Development of business plans, budgets, and forecasts

- Collaboration with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation of strategies,
  products, and projects

- Presentation of business ideas and plans to management

Your qualifications

- Completed degree in the technical field or a comparable qualification

- Several years of professional experience in the field of satellite-based reconnaissance, space,
  or defense, either as a program or project manager, system engineer, or business development manager

- Strong analytical and strategic skills

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- High level of self-motivation and results orientation

- Experience in project management

- Very good knowledge of MS Office

- Fluent in German and English
