Overview

Capital is seeking a specialist for electronics manufacturing to support PCB assembly, manual 
soldering, bonding, coating, and integration of electronic components. Responsibilities 
include preparing components, documenting production, and using semi-automatic assembly aids. 
Requires training in electrical engineering or a craft field with fine motor skills. 
Experience in electrical manufacturing and SMD assembly is a plus. Strong communication & 
teamwork skills are essential.

Your Tasks

- Picking and preparing electronic components for PCB assembly
- Carrying out manual soldering on printed circuit boards (THT and SMD)
- Bonding and coating of electronic assemblies
- Integration of electronic components into a single unit
- Documentation of the production process through routing cards and log sheets
- Experience in handling semi-automatic assembly aids is an advantage

Qualifications

- Completed training in the electrical engineering field (e.g. electrician or mechatronics 
  specialist) or a craft training with good fine motor skills (e.g. as a precision mechanic 
  or watchmaker) with basic electronic knowledge
- Interest in the production of high-quality electronic components
- Initial experience with devices in electrical manufacturing (e.g. from the area of SMD 
  assembly) is desirable
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
